Reader WHAT'S UP?!?!? I have so much to tell you about that I am not going to bore you with anything. New On The BlogLong Arm Quilting Machines are something most quilters dream about. I did the research so you don't have to do as much. I still suggest going deeper on the ones that pique your curiosity. I redid my article on Aurifil thread. It now includes all of their thread sizes, uses, and needle suggestions. It also has a cost breakdown against the most popular 100% cotton threads on the market today. I also updated my post about Brother Sewing. It now includes all current models with a 4 or better rating that are typically purchased by home quilters. They have a bunch of single and multi-needle embroidery machines available to individuals but those are so far out of my wheelhouse I wasn't comfortable including them. I put all of my free patterns in a Google Drive you can download for personal use. Please don't make copies for others, send them to the website to download it for themselves. This is meant for subscribers only. New On Social MediaIf you noticed I took a bit of a break from social media. I needed to reasses where I am and where I want to be. I don't have a timeline for my big new project, but as soon as I do I will share it. I'm hoping it is sooner rather than later. Now that I have a plan I'm feeding the algrorithm so if you see a post please interact with it. I will be going live each Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM CST starting September 3. I will send an email out each morning letting you know the platform and asking for questions for the following week. The order will be Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. If we don't have any questions it will just be a free sewing time where we can sew and chat together. I'll do this until the first of the year and then evaluate how it's going over.
